The Tough Stuff: When and How to Fire a Customer

Whether you’re freelancing, working for a firm, or you own a small business, working with the public can be tough, especially when your clients lack tech smarts. Finding clients is hard enough; knowing when a working relationship should be let go can be excruciating. In this presentation, I’ll go over some of the signs to look out for with problem clients, how to rebuild relationships when possible, and how to know when to let go.
