My name is John James Jacoby and I am a core contributor on the BuddyPress project, a WordPress plugin that enables social networking functionality.
Almost every day a new and inventive use of WordPress is discovered; the news format, photo-blogging, portfolios, and most recently it’s gained popularity as a full fledged content management system
In my session I’m going to talk about typical uses of BuddyPress, and highlight some of the creative installations I’ve seen or been involved with. We will talk about how BuddyPress has been used so far, and what it could be used for in the future.
